These Easy Pepperoni Pizza Biscuit Bites are a quick and tasty snack or starter that both kids and adults will love. At parties, game days, or any other time you want the taste of pizza in a bite-sized form, these are great.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 16
  • 3 oz refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C

Make rounds out of the biscuits and lightly press down on each one to make a small crust

Make sure the biscuit rounds don't touch each other when you put them on a baking sheet or in a muffin tin

Put a small amount of pizza sauce on each round of biscuits

Add some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce

Place pepperoni slices on top of the cheese

If you want, you can add red pepper flakes, garlic powder, grated Parmesan cheese, and dried oregano to the toppings

After the oven is hot, bake the biscuits for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup minced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices of American cheese

Instructions:

Put the ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them together

Eight small burger patties should be made from the mixture

Set a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat to get it hot

The burger patties should be cooked for two to three minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them

Put a slice of American cheese on top of each patty to melt in the last minute of cooking

Put the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl and mix them together to make a unique sauce

You can grill or toast the slider buns for one minute, or until they are lightly browned

Put some of the special sauce on the bottom half of each bun

On each bun, put a patty with cheese on top of it

Add pickle mince on top, then put the other half of the bun on top

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large lettuce leaves, for serving
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat

Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque

Once cooked, remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside

To assemble tacos, place avocado slices on each lettuce leaf

Top with cooked shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices

Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos and garnish with fresh cilantro

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish optional

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat

Add chopped onion and minced garlic, saut until fragrant

Add beef stew meat, cook until browned on all sides

Stir in carrots and potatoes

Pour in beef broth and add dried thyme and rosemary

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Cover and simmer for 1

5-2 hours, or until meat is tender and vegetables are cooked through

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired

Brown Butter Salted Caramel Mocha Cookies

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Melt the butter over medium-low heat in a saucepan

Stir the butter often as it continues to cook until it turns golden brown and smells nutty

Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit

Granulated sugar and brown sugar should be mixed together in a large bowl

Add the browned butter to the sugars and mix them together well

To the butter and sugar mix, add the eggs and vanilla extract

Mix until it's smooth

Mix the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and instant coffee or espresso powder together in a different bowl using a whisk

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined

Add the chocolate chips and caramel chips or chopped caramel candies and mix them in

Place spoonfuls of dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each cookie

Add a little sea salt to each cookie

Put it in an oven that has already been heated for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still a little soft

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way

With milk or your favorite coffee, these Brown Butter Salted Caramel Mocha Cookies taste great

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can 400g crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions:

Put breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl

Add the ground beef and mix them all together

Mix everything together well

Form the mixture into meatballs that are about an inch across

Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente

Remove the water and set it aside

Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat

For about three minutes, or until the onion is soft, add the chopped onion

After you add the garlic, cook for one more minute

Then add the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper

Mix the ingredients well

Bring to a low boil

Carefully add the meatballs to the sauce that is already cooking

Put the lid on top and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked

Take the meatballs out of the pan and set them aside when they are done

Put the cooked spaghetti in the pan with the sauce

Give the spaghetti a good toss so that the sauce covers it all

Put meatballs on top of the spaghetti and serve

Put some grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves on top
