Grilled Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Kebabs are full of tropical flavors and are great for a barbecue in the summer. The dish tastes great and fills you up because it has tender chicken, sweet pineapple, and savory BBQ sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 cup gluten-free BBQ sauce
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Alternate between putting chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onions on skewers
Use salt and pepper to season the kebabs
Spread the BBQ sauce out evenly over the kebabs
Turn the kebabs over every so often for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are soft
If you want, you can serve it hot with chopped cilantro on top
