Paleo Keto Chocolates with Pistachios



Savor these mouthwatering homemade chocolates; they're ideal as a low-carb, keto, LCHF, THM, Banting, and Paleo treat. Rich and creamy, these chocolates are bursting with the nutty flavor of pistachios.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or sweetener of your choice
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine melted coconut oil and cocoa powder until smooth

Add powdered erythritol adjust to taste and mix well

Stir in chopped pistachios, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt

Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners

Pour the chocolate mixture evenly into the muffin cups

Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes or until the chocolates have hardened
