Instructions:
Run cold water over the sushi rice until the water is clear
Using a rice cooker, put rice and water in it and follow the directions on the box
Low heat should be used to mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan
Allow to cool
Put the cooked rice in a large bowl, and then slowly mix in the vinegar mixture
Wait until it's cool enough to touch
Put a nori sheet on a sushi mat made of bamboo
Cover the nori with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving a small edge at the top
Place the fillings you want along the bottom edge of the rice
