Ingredients:
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs such as parsley, mint, and dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of dumpling wrappers round or square
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, fresh herbs, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Mix until well combined
Lay out a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the ricotta mixture in the center of the wrapper
Fold the wrapper in half to create a half-moon shape, and press the edges to seal the dumpling
Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil
Place the dumplings in the skillet, making sure they don't touch each other
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crispy
Serve the herbed ricotta gozleme dumplings hot with your favorite dipping sauce or yogurt
