Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried oregano on both sides
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes
Place seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through
